Health promotion services aim to support and improve the mental, social, emotional, and physical wellbeing of Caltech students. Achieving and maintaining an optimal level of wellness subdues stress, promotes positive social interactions, reduces the risk of illness, and ultimately ensures a higher quality of life.

Students seeking health and wellness advice can schedule an appointment with providers at the Caltech Health and Counseling Center to consult about individual health and wellness needs and concerns. Students often seek support for drug and alcohol concerns, stress, sleep, sexual health, nutrition and fitness.

SHARE (Sexual Health & Assault Response & Education), is a resource offered through the Title IX office. SHARE is a centralized resource for addressing sexual violence and promoting healthy sexuality and healthy relationships. SHARE offers support, advocacy, referrals and education and works to promote a culture of respect and create a safer, healthier Caltech.
